We currently only ship within the United States and Canada.
To cancel an order, please email email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number and a message that you want to cancel the order.
If your order has not been processed yet, we can cancel the order. Orders generally process within 8 hours, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped and cannot be cancelled, please refer to the following store policy section on how to return your order.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a message indicating which item(s) in the order you wish to return. The time frame in which we can assist you with a free return is 30 days from date on invoice (some exclusions apply*). Our customer service team will respond with further shipping instructions. Please do not return anything to us without receiving a shipping label first!
We ask that all items are sent back to us in in their original condition and not be dirty, worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way. For example, new and unopened items must be sent back new and unopened. Depending on the condition the item is returned to us, we reserve the right to return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.
Changing an Order:
To make a change to an order, please email email@example.com with your order number and a message indicating the change(s) that are needed. We must receive your request before your order is processed, which is generally within 8 hours of receipt. If your order has already been processed, please refer to our Returns store policy above.
