Our products typically ship within 3-6 days. Occasionally, we experience high order volumes. In any case, we will notify you with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Yes! We offer expedited shipping to customer orders with special request. Additional rates will apply for expedited shipping. Message us to confirm shipping adjustment.

We ship internationally. 

To initiate a return, please email support@shopthekei.com with your order number and a message indicating which item(s) in the order you wish to return. The time frame in which we can assist you with a free return is 30 days from date on invoice (some exclusions apply*). Our customer service team will respond with further shipping instructions. Please do not return anything to us without receiving a shipping label first!

We ask that all items are sent back to us in in their original condition and not be dirty, worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way. For example, new and unopened items must be sent back new and unopened. Depending on the condition the item is returned to us, we reserve the right to return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Our policy lasts 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
