Shipping

Is shipping free?

Yes, always. Free shipping on every order, no minimum required.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–6 business days. Delivery typically arrives within 12–20 days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time. We focus on keeping things simple and accessible — free shipping for everyone, always.


Returns

What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. We want you to feel completely at ease with your purchase.

How do I start a return?

What condition must items be in for a return?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We inspect all returned items carefully and reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Are any items non-returnable?

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, intimates, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Gift cards are also non-refundable.


Exchanges

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to accommodate an exchange. Availability cannot be guaranteed, but we will always work with you to find a solution that feels right.
