⏱️ How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–6 business days, with delivery typically arriving in 12–20 days. If order volumes are high, there may be slight delays. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
🚫 Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time. We focus on keeping things simple and affordable—most of our customers prefer it that way.

We ship worldwide. Whether you're home or on vacation, we’ll get your order to you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
🧾 What’s your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
We can’t accept returns for items that are dirty, worn, damaged, or altered. If a return doesn't meet our criteria, we may return it to you without issuing a refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates and swimwear
- Jewelry and accessories
- Sale items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards

📬 How do I return my order?
The fastest way to start a return is via our chat. Just click the button in the bottom left corner and:
- Share your order number
- Let us know which item(s) you’re returning and why
- Confirm your email address
- We’ll email you a prepaid return label
- Print, package, and drop it off at the post office
- Once received, we’ll begin your refund within 2 business days, and funds typically appear within 3–5 business days
🔁 How do I exchange an item?
We don’t keep local inventory for most items, as many designs ship directly from our designers. If you need a different size or style, the best way to exchange is to chat with our team.
Our stylists will assist you in finding a better fit or alternative based on your preferences. We’ll also let you know if the item is available for direct exchange.
