It all started with a suitcase full of dreams, two little girls in tow, and a mama who wanted more from her clothes than just “cute.”

Hi, I’m Kei—founder of Shop the Kei, mama of two wild-hearted girls, and lover of all things earthy, free-spirited, and joyfully worn-in.

From the Jersey Shore to the shores of Croatia, our family adventures inspired a new way of thinking about fashion. I wanted pieces that could keep up with our barefoot beach days, mountain hikes, spontaneous dance parties—and still feel beautiful, soulful, and easy to wear.

But more than that, I wanted fashion that felt good—on the skin, and on the spirit.

So I started designing clothing that was:
