Purchase Options & Cancellations

Some of our pieces are made just for you after you order, including our swimwear and one-of-a-kind pieces. Others may be offered as a pre-order. Here's how changes and cancellations work, so you always know where you stand.

Changing your mind? You have 24 hours.
You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked. Message us with your order number through our chat or the Connect with Us page.

After 24 hours
Made-to-order pieces go into production, so they can no longer be cancelled. After delivery, our Refund Policy applies. Swimwear is final sale for fit or change of mind.

If we're running late, the choice is yours
If a made-to-order or pre-order piece doesn't ship within the timeframe shown on its product page, you may cancel at any time before it ships for a full refund.

Pre-orders
If a piece is offered as a pre-order, the expected ship date is shown on its product page, and you're charged at checkout unless the page says otherwise. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

If we need to cancel
If one of our design partners can't complete your piece, we'll let you know right away and refund you in full.

Refunds
Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Subscriptions
We don't currently offer subscriptions or recurring charges.
