How long does shipping take?

Orders process in 3-6 business days and deliver within 12-20 days. Our team is small but growing so when we experience high order volumes, shipping times may increase. In any case, we will email tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Do you offer expedited shipping?

No. We aim to provide only what our customers ask for and our customers simply don't request this service. Due to high shipping costs and low demand for expediting orders, this service is discontinued. 


Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere! International shipping means no matter where you live, or vacation, we will ship it there.


How much does shipping cost me?

All orders ship to the United States for free. As of 2023, our international shipping cost is $25.85 for orders less than $150. Free international shipping for orders $150 or more.



What is your refund policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your order arrival date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Dirty, worn, washed, damaged or altered items are not eligible for refund. Depending on the condition the item is returned to us, we reserve the right to return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase. 

You can track the return label with USPS. Once received, expect up to 2 business days for the refund to begin processing and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. 


How do I return my order?

Our chat service is the fastest method to make returns. Its that pretty button at the lower left corner of your screen.

  1. Provide your order number and a message indicating which item(s) in the order you wish to return.
  2. Please tell us the reason for your return. This helps us improve our products.
  3. You will be emailed a pre-paid return shipping label for the items you wish to return. Confirm the email address you want us to send it to.
  4. Print out the return shipping label. 
  5. Package the return and take it to the post office. If you'd rather use new packaging (thank you), a post officer will help you chose the proper packaging based on the label/postage.
  6. Once the return arrives in our office, we will process your refund.

How do I exchange my order?

We rarely ever store inventory for our products. Designs are made and shipped directly to you from the designer. Please understand that if an item is not in stock locally, its best practice to request a refund and purchase the new item. Check with our chat in the lower left corner to find out if the item you want to exchange is in stock to make the best decision.
